1. Custom Order Process & Approvals

• User-Provided Files: You are responsible for uploading high-resolution images suitable for printing. Household Memories is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or improperly cropped uploaded files.
• Digital Previews: On-screen crop and layout previews are approximations. Minor color variations may occur between digital screen displays and physical canvas prints due to monitor calibration differences.

2. Prohibited Content & Nudity Policy

• No Nudity or Explicit Images: Household Memories strictly prohibits the uploading of images containing full or partial nudity, sexually explicit content, vulgarity, or graphic material.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, and refund any order that violates our content guidelines or infringes on any third-party trademark, copyright, right of privacy, or publicity.

3. Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

• No Refunds on Custom Orders: Because every product is custom-made to order using your uploaded photos, all sales are final and we do not offer monetary refunds for completed orders or customer ordering errors (such as wrong size selection or low-resolution file uploads).
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your custom framed canvas arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. Damaged items will be reproduced and shipped at no cost to you. Monetary refunds will not be issued for damaged products.
• Cancellations: Orders enter production quickly. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

4. Modifications to Terms

Household Memories reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. Full payment is required at checkout before orders are submitted for processing and manufacturing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Household Memories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products beyond the total dollar amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
